Taylor B. Grant participated in the ACMA 2012 Annual Meeting program Politics, Regulations, Legislation and Litigation: New Rules for Borrowers and Lenders as a panelist on Lender Remedies and Alternatives to Bankruptcy: When to Seek a Receiver and When Not to Seek a Receiver.  This event was held from October 11-13, 2012 at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin.

Taylor B. Grant was part of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Lessons from the Trenches: Making Receiverships More Efficient for Judges, Lenders, Borrowers, and Receivers on February 2, 2012 in Los Angeles. Topics included how to avoid receiver conflicts, abuses and repeated court appearances. Speakers included Peter A. Davidson of Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP and Richard P. Ormond of Buchalter Nemer.
