Approach
Local Knowledge, Regional Approach, National Experience
Resources
We are independent and have no affiliation with any specific property management, brokerage or other service provider. We recommend and/or retain the best service provider for the assets included in the receivership estate. With a database reaching back 35 plus years and excellent working relationships with brokers, property managers, asset managers, contractors, legal counsel and other industry consultants, we are in a position to place the appropriate personnel to the specific asset. Costs can be minimized by using consultants when needed. Sometimes including the current professionals in place benefits the property. By working together with all the parties subject to the appointing court order, a team is selected that is appropriate for the specifics of the asset. We do not have any conflicts because we do not act as brokers or property managers.
Communication
Timely, precise and open communication is the key to a successful receivership. Being willing to listen and understand the issues are cornerstones of identifying the challenges of the property and successfully resolving them.
